Our policy lasts for 30 days
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you of your receipt. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days and automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to replace it with the same product, please send an email to [email protected].
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points corresponding to the return value. The gift certificate will be mailed to you after receiving the returned items.
You will be responsible for paying your own return freight. Freight is non refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange products to reach you may vary. Please use traceable transportation services or purchase transportation insurance. We recommend using USPS Priority mail, UPS ground or FedEx Ground. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
