This product is an internationally patented product (USA, China, Korea and Japan) that is scientifically designed to develop your swing by giving an individual the option of selecting the distance and head speed. Two click sounds occur when using the swing trainer, the 1st click happens when the swing trainer reaches the selected head speed and the 2nd one upon returning the head inside moving sinker. It is the correct swing when the 1st click sounds in front of the left foot (impact zone) with both feet on swing position. If the sound is ahead on the right, it indicates that the swing is too fast and earlier than the selected Control Scale distance and speed. If the swing is too weak there is no click sound. When the 2nd click sound is above head, it means there is a complete follow-through and finish. Golf swing distance and accuracy is achieved by half impact moment and the other half follow-through movement. One should practise with the appropriate power that is set in the chosen Control Scale distance and speed marks.
