Use the raised-rib side to perfectly sear meat and vegetables, and the smooth, flat side for morning pancakes! High quality cast iron distributes heat evenly, while a slight slope allows for grease to move easily to the grease catch on rib side. Griddle comes pre-seasoned and ready to use, though it is recommended to always cook with a light layer of oil to prevent sticking. Clean with a stiff brush and hot water, towel dry, and repeat!
