Stainless steel electric countertop fryer can cook up to 15 lb. of food per hour. The tank has a 6L capacity, graduation markings for proper oil level, and drop handles for easy removal for cleaning. A temperature control switch allows you to adjust from 120 to 375F with a overheat sensor that cuts off the power if the oil reaches 465F. This fryer comes standard with a nickel plated wire mesh basket that has a collapsible heat proof handle, a nickel plated wire mesh grate to protect the heating.
