This unit features the exclusive Chop and Drop system for food preparation. Included is a juice groove on work surface to channel liquids to the chef pan through the pig snout. The pig snout is a cut out on work surface through which you can direct your waste or prepared foods or juices into the chef pan. This island also features a stainless steel chef pan that fits under the pig snout to catch waste or prepared food product. Additional features include a trash ring to replace the chef pan when it is desired to dispose of waste directly into a trash bag. This island features 4 commercial grade casters 2 locking. Included is a convenient speed rack to hold spices and condiments near the work surface. Included is an oversized towel bar with 4 attached S hooks to hold gadgets and tools. This island features 2 storage drawers with optional spice rack option.
