The iSi Gourmet Whip is designed for the preparation of light and fluffy Espumas, finger food, warm and cold sauces and whipped soups, as well as whipped cream and desserts. The stainless-steel bottle and head are designed for professional use. The head with protective silicone grip and fixed stainless-steel valve allows for easy dispensing, even with hot preparations. The heat resistant silicone gasket with removal tab for quick and hygienic cleaning.Easy to UseAfter inserting the head gasket into the head and screwing the decorator tip onto the valve, fill the bottle with the prepared mixture. Screw the head onto the bottle. Insert the original iSi cream charger into the charger holder. Screw the charger holder with the inserted charger onto the head until you can hear that all of the charger contents have flowed into the whipper. Shake the whipper vigorously 6 times. Lastly, after unscrewing the charger holder to recycle the empty charger, screw the cap onto the threads and dispense at your pleasure!
