The Le Creuset baking pan set, consisting of a springform pan and a tube bottom pan with 26 cm inner diameter. The classic springform pan is ideal, for example, for cheesecake and a tube bottom pan that is ideal for stir-fry cakes. The Le Creuset non-stick baking moulds are made of carbon steel with an extra reinforced rim so that the moulds do not warp during baking. Carbon steel enables optimum and uniform heat distribution. The long-lasting coating was specially developed for baking tins, which guarantees perfect loosening of the baked goods and enables very easy cleaning. The wide edge with silicone insert ensures safe wearing comfort, even with thick oven gloves.
