The sole has a stack height of 26 millimetres and gently cushions your steps even when running fast, thanks to the Altra Quantic midsole - protecting the knees and joints. The outsole is unattached from the rest of the shoe at relevant points. This results in a flexible, relaxed running feel and makes the shoe very comfortable to wear. This is further enhanced by the lightweight, breathable mesh material. The shoe has increased fixation in the midfoot area which provides even more stability whilst running.
