The body of the VIGO Alameda is made from 3/8 In. ANSI Z97.1 and 16 cfr 1201-certified clear tempered glass and pre-drilled for the vertical bar door handle installation. This type of glass expertly resists dangerous breakage, streaks, and shards, making it safe and sleek for years down the line. The Alameda comes with a special door stopper to prevent the glass from hitting the wall, and is has top rail supports to ensure wall anchoring and reinforce wall stability. With one fixed panel, one side panel, and a sliding door for a walk-in shower entry, this model is also reversible, allowing for either a right or left-side door opening. The fixed panel holders have up to 5 mm built-in adjustability for out-of-plumb walls, and the structural rail connector has 5 mm of built-in vertical adjustability for an easy installation. The door comes with clear, full-length side and door seals to prevent water from leaking out between the wall and glass door or fixed panel. With 304-series stainless steel/solid brass hardware that is coated in 7 layers of premium finish, the VIGO Alameda is rust, corrosion, and tarnish-resistant.
