Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the Vollrath Round Squeeze Disher is ideal for serving soft food items. The blade extends beyond the bowl to prevent sticking. Designed to be comfortably used with either the left or right hand. Not recommended to be used for ice cream and other hard frozen foods.
